Matrix Code of Side 1 Has "YAX 3419-1" , "R (Maybe...,It's Hard to Read Clearly...)T" and "1", Side 2 Has "YAX 3420-1" , "R (Maybe...,It's Hard to Read Clearly...)T" and "2".
