THIS LP IS BEING PRICED ACCORDINGLY DUE TO SOME MINOR IMPERFECTIONS!
Up for sale is one (1) Pink Floyd - The Wall FIRST PRESSING double LP from 1979 on Columbia Records (#PC 36183). NO BARCODE.
COMES WITH THE VERY RARE 4" x 7" PAPER INSERT. THIS INSERT IS ALMOST ALWAYS MISSING.
The whole package is in overall great shape. I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT STILL SOUNDS AWESOME!
The Vinyl is in very good condition but has some surface marks that WILL cause some surface noise and you WILL hear some pops or clicks along the way. There is a noticeable, but barely feelable surface mark on Tracks 1,2,3 on Side 3 that will cause slight clicks or pops, not too bad but you will hear them, mostly during the quiet parts. It looks worse than it sounds. The surface marks to not cause any skips. Both LPs play all the way through.
Nice fairly clean labels with some spindle marks.
The gatefold cover is in very good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to minor corner dings, scrapes, white fade spots, and ring wear, etc... There are no split seams or cut-outs. There is, however, a small "shark bite" taken out of the spine right in the middle of the title "Pink Floyd The Wall". The "L" "O" & "Y" are missing from the title on the spine. If not for the "shark bite" on the spine, the cover would be graded VG+. It's in great shape except for that.
The 4" x 7" Paper Insert is in very good condition but has a a couple of fold creases as if it was lodged in the gatefold and then folded. And there are a few stains / darks spots of an unknown origin.
The custom inner lyric sleeves are also in very good condition, but have split seams as follows:
The Record 1 sleeve has a split seam on all 3 sides.
The Record 2 sleeve has a small split on 2 sides.

I obtained this LP in the early 1980's. It was gently played many times back in the day. I haven't played this LP in over 30 years. It has been in storage ever since. I recently played this LP and it still sounds AWESOME.
