Up for sale is one (1) Pink Floyd - The Wall FIRST PRESSING double LP from 1979 on Columbia Records (#PC 36183). NO BARCODE. INCLUDES A BLACK and WHITE PHOTOCOPY OF THE HYPE INSERT! (THE ORIGINAL IS ALMOST ALWAYS MISSING).
I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT STILL SOUNDS GREAT! The whole package is in overall good shape.
The Vinyl is in good condition, but has some surface marks that will cause surface noise and you will hear some pops or clicks along the way. Nice fairly clean labels with some spindle marks.
As is typical with Floyd LP's there is going to be surface noise along the way, especially during the quiet parts. I recently played this LP and it still sounds great(except for the surface noise). It plays all the way through without skipping.
The gatefold cover is in good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to minor corner dings, scrapes, white fade spots, and ring wear, etc... There is just the slightest begininngs of a split seam at the top of the Record 1 sleeve. There are several stains / discoloration spots of an unknown origin.
The custom inner lyric sleeves are also in good condition but have some crumples, ring wear and split seams.
The Record 1 inner sleeve has a split seam on one side and on the bottom and has a small tear on the side stemming from the split seam.
The Record 2 inner sleeve has a split seam on one side and on the bottom and has a small tear on the bottom stemming from the split seam.

I obtained this LP in the late 1970's or early 1980's. It was played many times back in the day. It has not been played in over 30 years.
