Description

For Sale is this Genuine First Issue of The Wall by Pink Floyd. Dating to 1979. UK. Harvest Label.SHDW411. The band members names in purple are not above the child behind bars artwork inside the sleeve as I have shown in one of the pictures. Also the two inner record sleeves have rounded corners and are notched on one side at the top. The cardboard used is also cream, not white as used in other later issues. Looked at under strong daylight I cannot see any obvious scratches or damage of any kind on any of the four sides of the vinyl. And no spindle marks on any of the labels. Possibly never played at all. I would grade them as excellent or above. I never grade records as mint! The matrix numbers on the record lead outs are as follows. Side one. SHSP4111 A-4u. Side two. SHSP4111 b-3u. Side three. SHSP4112 a-1u. SHSP4112 b-2u.The inner sleeves are also at least excellent. The gatefold sleeve has yellowed on the spine but otherwise is in excellent condition. I have not played the records as the sound quality is very dependent on the audio equipment used. I would prefer the buyer to collect this item to be sure they are happy with it. If posted it must be returned in the same condition as when sold before a refund can be issued Please note that I always post items using a signed for postal service for the protection of both myself and the buyer .Thanks for looking!
