Very Early Press. run-off grooves-
SHSP 4111 A-2U / B-3U
SHSP 4112 A-3U / B-3U
Early presses like this one have no credits to band members on inside left hand side.
made from one piece of card with join at the top, later ones are made from two pieces of card joined at top and bottom.
with original rounded off inner sleeves. later pressings are square.
the bricks are not alined at the bottom of sleeve, later copies are.
no details on front sleeve or spine, early copies came with 'Pink Floyd The Wall' printed on a seperate plastic insert which was placed beneath the shrink wrap as seen in photo'
Condition
The gatefold sleeve is Ex+ and very close to mint-
very clean with no splits to seams, no rips or scuff marks, no sticker marks or writings, all surfaces are flat. the spine is square and undamaged, inside the sleeve is Mint-
Both inner sleeves are Ex+ and still in the best of conditions with no splits to seams, no damages.
Both albums are clean with original high gloss shine, both play Ex', very clean sound with just a tiny amount of surface noise, only heard with the high turned full up.
The plastic insert is Mint- no damages.
All labels are Ex+ clean with no defects.
Been in my collection from new, played very little, probably as good as it gets for a classic album of this age.
