Pink Floyd - The Wall - Vinyl LP - 1st UK pressing
Great playing 1st UK press of Pink Floyd’s “The Wall”
This has the original 1st pressing sleeve with Produced by David Gilmore and Words and Music by Roger Waters text inside the gatefold.
Matrix numbers / Mothers / Stampers:
Side 1: SHSP 4111 A2-U / 2 / XTM
Side 2: SHSP 4111 B3-U TML-X / 1 / P
Side 3: SHSP 4111 A4-U TML-X / 1 / G G P
Side 4: SHSP 4111 B2-U TML-M / 4 / L G
The vinyl has some light non feelable hairline marks and scuffs mostly on disc 1, but no major scratches or defects. It plays through with lovely clear audio throughout most of the record. A couple of very barely audible crackles in a couple of the quiet sections only, but this is genuinely very very minimal and doesn’t come close to impacting on the sound or enjoyment of the record. Play grade is EX across both records. visual grade is VG+ (disc 1) and EX (disc 2)
The sleeve is in VG to VG+ condition. This is mostly due to the sticker having been stuck down with sellotape at some point. The sticker is still attached but the sellotape has left some glue residue behind. The spine also has tape with the title re-written underneath. See photos.
Inners are also in EX condition though this is a small seam split in the bottom of the disc 2 sleeve about 1” though I would say Excellent overall.
