Description
Pink Floyd
The Wall
EMI/Harvest 1979
A very attractive 1st issue from 1979 with David Gilmour production credit and no band member names in the gatefold and with misaligned brick design. Complete with transparent sticker and crisp, vibrant inner sleeves. A stunning copy all round.
Vinyl: Bright, clean playing surfaces and crisp labels. Just a small handful of light spindle trails when angled to the light suggesting this has been barely played. The audio is superb - particularly on disc 2 which is NM. I noticed a hiss on a couple of rotations right at the start of Side 1 but then it plays well with little interference. Excellent to Near Mint vinyls. Very early A2 B2 A3 B2 runout codes.
Sleeve: Near Mint - beautifully preserved with unattached transparent sticker. None of the usual fading - a stunning copy.
Inners: These look almost as new and are unsplit. The vinyls are now housed in plain white poly-lined inners to preserve these superb originals.
