Bought by myself in 1975 in Grantham. SHVL 814 A-1, B-5 . Black plastic wrap present but torn. Inner sleeve good. Postcard creased. See pictures. Record in vgc  -some scatches. Just listened to whole LP - -a few ticks and pops -no skips - -stll sounds amazing.
