Grading a record is always very hard, as everyone got their own grading system. I always check my records under a critical light so there won’t be any surprises (many sellers don’t do this), so I will see even the lightest hairlines and sleeve removal lines which you won’t see in normal room light. Description: It is very hard for me to sell this sought after Floyd classic, but I'm selling my private collection slowly, so this one needs a new home. Took me years to get a nice and clean copy! So good luck!!! This is one of the most superb and most sought after copies of this very RARE 1st. UK.pressing of this classic Pink Floyd album. This one is complete with the 1st. pressing "BLACK WRAP" Robo Hand-Shake stickered sleeve, three square-cut cornered inner and serrated glossy postcard. Matrix: SHVL 814 A-1 / SHVL 814 B-10. I will also include an old album ad (from NME I think), it's been cut out from the music magazine, so not sure which one...
Condition: EX/EX (Record/Cover)
Record has been played couple of times only and there are few harmless wispy sleeve removal lines to be seen under my unforgiving halogen lamp. Still in stunning condition! Shrink wrapped cover has some wear, but shrink is still pretty tight...

Grading (Record):
This is my grading system. I’m very strict when grading a record. Mostly my VG+ grade is most sellers EX. Also, I don’t use VG+++ or EX+++++ like some sellers do…
NM (NEAR MINT)
This is highest grade that I will assign to opened, handled records. The vinyl is virtually flawless, bright and shiny. A very minor, barely visible scuff or two may be permitted, but no scratches. The disc should play with no audible noise. The label is bright, clean and unmarked.
EX (EXCELLENT)
Disc plays near perfectly, but may have minor paper scuffs that do not interfere with the sound quality. There can possibly be a few hairline scratches but nothing that is obvious or affects play. Vinyl is bright and shiny; label is clean and unmarked.
VG+ (VERY GOOD+)
Some visible surface wear, very minor scratches and scuffs, but minimal impact on the sound quality. Might have a light click or two, but NO skips or jumps. Vinyl will still have good luster; labels may have minor imperfections but otherwise clean.
Grading (Cover):
NM (NEAR MINT)
Very minor signs of wear or cover impressions. Artwork is as close to perfection as possible.
EX (EXCELLENT)
Minor disc impression or slight corner creases, no wrinkles, puckers, seam splits or writing on the cover. Artwork is clean and unworn and there is no ink wear.
VG+ (VERY GOOD+)
Cover is clean but may have minor writing or marks and may show slight wear. There may be just the start of ring wear, where the disc has created a raised area on the cover that resulted in the ink wearing off the paper. There may be slight discoloration or staining, minor seam wear, but no splits or tears. Corners may have small creases or fraying.
