Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here Promo LP, banded for airplay Special DJ Copy.
Banded for airplay? Yes! Unlike the official release of Wish You Were Here, this version is mixed so the sections of Shine On You Crazy Diamond have silences between them so DJ's wouldn't have to play the whole track.
This item was obviously from a radio station based on the tell-tale signs: heavy spine wear on the cover along with some pen markup and some visible marking on the surface of the record indicating that it was certainly played.
The record has been fully play tested and does have some pops and crackles here and there but no skips and there are some scuffs and marks. Visual grading I would place this at very good on the record and probably good on the cover. As it was from a radio station, the cover wasn't kept in a poly sleeve or anything until I came along. I tried to post very representative photos of everything I am mentioning.
I am going out of my way telling you all of this as it is used, and I won't do returns on this. Since this is a highly sought-after Pink Floyd collectible and am listing the item with a low starting bid I urge you to do you homework on this item. There are some historical listings on Popsike that you should check out. For some reason last I checked discogs didn't seem to have this item broken out from the standard un-banded promo.

Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail. I won't ship nor sell this to any buyers outside of the US, so apologies on that.
