Description
Pink Floyd – Wish You Were Here VINYL ALBUM – SHVL 814 1975 First Pressing.
From my own personal collection. My favourite Floyd album bought new on release and treasured and cared for ever since.
Vinyl is bright and shiny with just a few very light surface marks and hairlines. There is a little surface noise (crackles) on the very quiet parts and lead ins but no jumps or skips .Plays well and sounds amazing. Album cover despite a slight discolouring otherwise is nearly mint and inserts are very good condition- Postcard has a slight crease at very bottom (see pic) and inner slight sleeve has very slight crease at centre (struggling to show on photo)
Using GOOLDMINE GRADING STANDARD I have graded it VERY GOOD PLUS.
First Pressing (variant 2) Spine is narrow (pinched) at the top and bottom and wide in the middle. Issued with lyrics on a die cut inner thick sleeve with three cornered angled inner (latter were rounded or square) and a glossy postcard, with jagged edges, of a diving man.
On label side 1, Shine On You Crazy Diamond Part 5 is credited to "Waters-Gilmour-Wright" (later have "Waters" only) Opening at top center with notch.
