PINK FLOYD ( Rare 1975 original UK 1st Press, Complete with all correct components ( outer black plastic cover with perfect sticker attached / earliest inner with rounded corners / postcard / A-1 B-3 Matrix.
An absolute classic from Pink Floyd ! Dedicated and produced for former band member and founder - the late Syd Barrett ( aka Crazy Diamond) . The band could no longer work with Syd towards the end of the 60s due to his experimenting with drugs , his actions in the studio and during live performances were very un-predictable , making it near impossible to work with him , they kept him in the background for a while , with him contributing with writing etc but eventually the drugs got the better of him.He became a sort of recluse and refused to communicate with any of the band members for a long time.Then during the making of this album , Syd appeared ' out of the blue ' He came in the studio and just sat and stared at the band as they played through the songs , then without saying a word to anyone , got up and left ! the band did not recognise him at first , as he was very overweight and had shaved all his hair off !
A must for any Floyd Fan and especially Syd fans !

This original cover is in superb condition , brilliant white heavy card, has a small mark in the top left corner and a little creasing at the corners but otherwise it's in super clean shape with no grubby marks, tears etc . The spine is very square and strong with formed pinched ends.Very nice example !
The black outer protective bag is present although has a couple of splits in it , the original round sticker ' machine handshake ' is still attached and in perfect condition. overall a very clean,complete example of this original 1st issued cover ( see-pics) EXCELLENT CONDITION !
VINYL
Both sides have a deep glossy shine and nothing more than a couple of faint wispy paper fine lines only visable under strong lighting, No scratches, scuffs or blemishes , looks very nice ! both sides play though very clear on all tracks with no pops, skips or clicks and just some very light static crackle on the odd occasion , mainly between tracks , very nice example ( see-pics) Visualy and audibly EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION
LABELS
Both labels are again in superb condition with nothing more to fault than one tiny spindle trace which is barely visable , no writing, stickers or stains ! stunning set ( see-pics ) NEAR MINT CONDITION !
INNER Original earliest inner sleeve with the rounded corners and the 9 inch thumb opening edge ! again very clean with no writing, creases, tears or nasty handling marks , clean and crisp with nothing more than a clean split on the bottom seam ! ( see-pics) EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION POSTCARD Original postcard ' designed by Hipgnosis , serated edge , super clean and bright with no tears , writing etc ! a lovely example ( see-pics) EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION PLEASE READ INFORMATION BELOW FOR GRADING,PACKING AND POSTAGE DETAILS. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
