Description
Here is a beautiful rare copy of Works by Pink Floyd on a USA ST-12276 Capitol Rainbow band label vinyl LP pressing. The jacket is a near mint minus and only for a crinkle on the front around right center area, slight. There is NO ring wear, splits, dings, dents, cuts, holes, notches, rips or tears. The LP is a gorgeous visual near mint with only a couple of spindle marks and spotless vinyl surfaces. I actually played this album all the way through and it played VG+, but this is an understatement and only because there were a few light crackle and ticks but only super random, in fact most of the time it played SUPER quiet!!
The track list in a vast mix: One Of These Days (with the beginning heartbeat from Dark Side mixed in before the thumping bass line starts), Arnold Layne, Fearless (that flows into), Brain Damage, Eclipse, Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun, See Emily Play (that flows into), Several Species Of Small Furry Animals, Free Four and the unreleased track Embryo. Great collection featuring some tracks not available on some albums (Emily and Arnold Layne were singles only available on Relics LP, Embryo was a kind of work in progress which originally appeared on the rapidly withdrawn UK compilation Picnic and is currently only available here on the Works compilation. Great collection!!
