Description
Genuine 1st press, with Facility Pass (note adhered) to the front. PINK FLOYD - The Wall 1979 UK first press 26-track double LP with picture labels
Housed in a gatefold picture sleeve which does not list the band members inside. As this album has matching round-cornered card lyric inners, and the brick work is not included, neither are the band members credited - this is identified a very rare FIRST PRESS
The sleeve is VG with some light cosmetic wear & discolouring. The vinyl to my eye appears possibly to never have been played, no noticeable spindle marks.
It can't be proven of course but possibly a case where the owner bought the album at the venue, attached the pass, and consequently decided never to play it! The dates line up. The venue was Earls Court, London, England, 4th Night. August 7th 1980.
A great item for the enthusiast's collection along with equally collectable Auditorium Facility Pass.
