Picture cardboard sleeve is in good plus condition.  Integrity of the sleeve is great but there is ringwear and edge and corner rubbing. Bit of fading here and there.

Printed cardboard inner lyrics sleeve is in excellent condition.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in excellent minus condition.  Matrix listed.
