Pink floyd.See Emily play 7" picture sleeve demo copyup for auction here we have a super rare see emily play 7" picture sleeve demo copy on the Columbia label,cat num db 8214.Please note this is a demo copy.Released in 1967 and produced by Norman Smith.First of all and most importantly of all the vinyl looks mint- i say this because unlike the other see emily i have up for auction this one has two faint hairline marks that do not affect play at all played,rest of the vinyl is superb with not a mark on it and stand by a full refund should that not be the case,this is exceptional to say the least for a record of this age,40 years old.
The sleeve is definately mint with the only criticism of it being the sleeve is 40 years old,its crisp but not perfect white it has age colouring on the inside and outside.Its got a very faint ring mark from where the vinyl must have spent time in there but a real good mint cover.
Would welcome anybody wishing to view or pick up prior to auction close.Failing that i will post next day by 1 for uk buyers with full insurance for my normal flat fee of 3 pounds sterling and international i will send international signed for with full insurance to anywhere in the world for a flat fee of 5 pounds sterling.
Please understand i do understand the value of this item and am starting below the appraisal price i was given on getting this valued and authenticated.The reserve is well below the valuation guide i have been given on this and official book price,if i can explain this is from my collection and im trying to concentrate on mfsl and uhqr recordings and am simply clearing out my singles.Pieces like this are very rare and this is an investment of the highest calibre,i have never even seen one on ebay before,but you must consider that most singles are not in the best of health meaning they are battered,you know how many people in 67 thought i will not play this and sell it in 40 years time on ebay??well it looks like we have one here!
