Description
On offer here is a VERY rare LP by Pink Floyd called "The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn" and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! WHILST MONO 1ST PRESSINGS TURN UP REGULARLY, AND OF COURSE THE MUCH LATER STEREO RE-ISSUES FROM 1969 ONWARDS (ON LATER LABELS) ARE COMMON.
The cat. no is SCX 6157 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label (see picture) from 1967 and is a much MUCH rarer STEREO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Pink Floyd at their best!!!! Any fan of Pink Floyd, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection.
This record has been well loved with the back of the sleeve showing most signs of age as the picture shows. I would grade it VG-. The record has surface scratches but the only interferance when played is a slight click on the third track on side one, in all VG. The original inner sleeve has been replaced.
