Title Pink floyd, "Big 4", Rare Japanese EP Condition – Cover/Vinyl Ex-/Ex+ Condition – Inserts etc. NM Country of Origin Japan Year Released 1971 Catalogue Number OP-4619
Full Description
A superb copy of the so called "Big 4" EP, with "One of These Days", "Julia Dream", "Point Me at the Sky" (incorrectly listed on the sleeve as "Point me TO the Sky") and "See Emily Play". This is the one that I am most reluctant to part with!
The cover is clean and free from any real damage, with no ringwear apparent at all. The corners are showing just the slightest hint of wear, and there are a couple of very minor creases where the sleeve opens.
The lyric sheet insert is flawless, with sharp corners and no creases or bends at all (I only describe sealed items as mint, even though they rarely are).
The vinyl is very clean and glossy, with only trace marks, and minimal spindle wear. I am being conservative with my grading to avoid disappointment!
This is a highly collectable item with a list price of around £100. My reserve is set well below this - I hope it finds a good home!
About this auction Hi there. My name is Paul, and I have been collecting Pink Floyd vinyl for about 12 years now. I have decided it is time to change the focus of my collection, by making some of my records available for someone else to enjoy.
This time out it is the turn of my singles - there are a couple of genuine rarities along with a few other interesting items from around the world. Please take a look at my other auctions, as postage for multiple items will be cheaper.
If you have any queries at all, please don't hesitate to email me.
All the best, and good luck!
Payment, Postage etc. I accept the following forms of payment:
- PayPal (the only option for overseas buyers).
- Personal cheque
- Other by prior arrangement. Please let me know before bidding if you would prefer to pay by other means.
Postage & packaging to the UK will be £2.00 for singles and £3.00 for LPs. This is based on a single item, so double LPs for example may cost slightly more. Shipping will be combined for multiple items.
I am happy to ship overseas, though PayPal must be used for these transactions. Please contact me before bidding if you would like a quote for shipping costs.
All items will be well packed with stiff card inserts to try to ensure safe transit. I have received a few damaged items myself, and know how frustrating it is when records are not properly protected.
If you are not happy with an item, contact me, and we will sort it out. As a collector myself, I try to give accurate descriptions, but appreciate that there will always be differences of opinion about an items condition.
