What you're seeing here is a collectors item, and not just because it's a rare album.

This LP was purchased off the collection of THE David Byngham (very nice chap, came and sold us his collection in two lots. Lots of blues and brit pop as you may imagine.)

He's still playing, but is a very private man, so we wouldn't want to divulge where.

Vinyl : VG (soft VG+) as, while there's nothing deep, there are more than 5 surface lines, which is our cut off for VG+. Plays great though 

Sleeve: here is where is gets interesting, so bid accordingly

Sleeve is clearly G+ due to seam split, and copious amounts of scribblings on the album. HOWEVER, when we asked David, he said it was he and his friend back in the day who defaced the cover (as kids are wont to do). 

So while this is not an "official" signature, by David (we have that on a NM copy of this album, but that's just for us :p) it IS the handiwork of David Byngham and a childhood friend of his scrawling on the cover
