Description
Offered is a MINT condition, shrinkwrapped 12" vinyl LP recorded in 1978 by a private record company in Los Angeles. Recently, an unopened box of the original pressings was discovered in perfect condition. Since this LP has become a collector's treasure, we are making a few copies available but when they are gone, there will be no more!
This is not a garage band recording, but a professional multitrack session made at Westworld Recorders in Van Nuys, California, mixed to stereo.
Each LP will be accompanied by a personal letter of authenticity, with a serial number, signed by Gideon Ray, the original bandleader and performer, and a narrative about how this unusual recording came to be.
BONUS CD! Because a true collector may not want to open the shrinkwrap, we are including a bonus CD with all the songs from the album for your listening pleasure. This CD was created from the original 1/4" stereo tape, 15ips master mixdown, digitized in 2014 at a professional studio.
