Mondo, in partnership with Valve Software is proud to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the revolutionary Orange Box with the premiere Vinyl release of the soundtrack to Portal.This is the first time ever that this soundtrack has been available on Vinyl.
Composed by the music team at Valve, and featuring the original song "Still Alive" as performed by GLaDOS (Ellen McLain) and written by Jonathan Coulton - the soundtrack to Portal is as deceptive as the puzzler was upon first play. Atmospheric, and minimal at first, before quickly becoming something entirely different - and ending with one of the best pop songs in gaming history.
The LP package, designed by Alan Hynes (Fight Club, Anomalisa) operates as a "Magic Wallet" style sleeve, that pays tribute to the cleverness of this one of a kind game. When opened from either the left or the right side, it reveals a different interior) and comes with heavily debossed line art detailing on front and back. Includes custom inner sleeve & spine wrap "obi" strip.
