Bill Evans Trio

Portrait in Jazz

Mobile Fidelity Limited edition 2 x LP SuperVinyl records 180 grams in a premium numbered box.

This copy: 2787 / 6000

ULTRADISC 1 STEP (UDS1)

Item Number: UD1S 2-009

This is Mobile Fidelity’s best ever vinyl series - the closest experience you’ll get to actually listening to the original master!

Mobile Fidelity used the original analog master tapes, using it’s proprietary GAIN2 Ultra Analog process and pressed on MoFi’s / RTI premium “SuperVinyl” for the quietest backdrop and staggering dynamics.

This is the best sounding version of Bill Evans Trio iconic instrumental Jazz album ever committed to vinyl!

Strictly limited to 6000 copies worldwide. This title has since sold out as is now out of print (OOP) and is a fast appreciating collector’s item.

This is a great opportunity to purchase this at a more affordable price given that it has been opened and rarely played.

Sonically - the sound quality is jaw dropping with a real right there playing in your living room experience!!

Condition:

Records: Near Mint - NM (played only 3 times) - Plays through beautifully with a very quiet backdrop and astonishing realism!

Records are perfectly centered when rotating and sit flat (no warps)

Visually the records are as new, and the only thing I could find was a tiny mark (about 3mm) on side 1 of the first record between track 1 & 2 that is only noticeable when angled under direct halogen lighting and does not affect play (cosmetic only) but worth noting.

Outer Box: Near Mint - NM still has the original outer plastic wrapper with the gold leaf sticker.

Foam sheets, liners and card: NM - Near Mint

Record Outer Sleeves: Excellent - EX graded slightly lower as they display some minor seam splits and were like this straight out of the box.

Records come supplied in the original MoFi premium antistatic rice paper sleeves.

Speed: 45 RPM

Number of Discs: 2 x 180 gram audiophile pressing
