Description
Possessed- Seven Churches 1985 US LP Combat Records MX 8024: There was nothing else like this LP in '85 ; a juggernaut, that could be argued was the first fully-realized death metal album. This listing is for the 1st press Green label Combat Records pressing with the embossed jacket and "Seven Curches" misspelling on the spine. The black jacket is well-preserved, but does show some of the inevitable hazing that these cheap Combat jackets were prone to as they aged. There is one small crease in the upper left corner as well. The vinyl is beautiful, with barely any sign of handling or play. The lyric inner bag is crisp and free from bends, though all three edges have some splitting, so the record will be removed and placed in a generic inner bag on it's journey to a new home. I've included extra photos of this one from all angles. VG++/VG+

At this time I am offering shipping to domestic addresses only; thank you for understanding. As a collector myself for four decades, nothing is more frustrating than receiving records with seam splits and other damage suffered in transit. In order to minimize the chances of this, I pack all vinyl with the record separated from the cover, and reinforced with cardboard filler pads in a sturdy record mailer.
US Media Mail shipping $6.00 first LP, $1.00 each additional LP.
