Description
M&K RealTime RT-114 – “The Power and The Glory” Volume 1, Direct to Disc, Limited Edition (1978) Lloyd Holzgraf , The Organ of the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles (includes works by Bach, Vivaldi, Wagner and Russell) – This Direct to Disc organ recording has the lowest and most powerful bass I have ever heard on any recording. The sound has wonderful hall ambiance and imaging, and the pedal notes are VERY powerful and VERY deep – they will shake your walls. This copy is almost perfect – I purchased it sealed many years ago and have played it only a few times. The vinyl surfaces are clean and glossy, with NO pops, clicks, or skips – however there are 2 sets of 2 tics each on track 1, side 1 (Bach Toccata). The only marks that I can detect are the 2 tiny nicks that cause these tics. Other than that, the vinyl looks and plays mint. The labels also look new. The jacket shows some very minor shelf wear (see photos), so I will grade it EX. In summary, this is a NM copy of this wonderful audiophile organ recording. Feel free to return for a full refund if not completely satisfied. For shipping outside of the US, buyer pays shipping through eBay's Global Shipping Program.
