Description
This is a Japanese release of Queen before they were Queen. The band Smile consisted of Brian May and Roger Taylor, soon to be Queen band mates, and Tim Staffel.
This is a really interesting record and you can clearly hear the embryonic Queen sound.
The good points.
The sleeve is graded Very Good Plus and still has the OBI paper band and lyric insert. The vinyl is for the most part super shiny and in really good condition.
The bad.
There are two small but deep scratches on the vinyl. One on each side. See photos. This does effect the playing. From what I remember (I haven't had a record player for 10 years), the record doesn't skip, but there are loud popping sounds over the tracks effected.
