(HMV ASD 559 UK LP 1963)
This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve which has a large sized "Stereo" on the front. It has its original polythene-lined company "EMI" inner sleeve.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has white & gold HMV labels. It has 1st press 2YEA 820-9 and 2YEA 821-2 matrix stampers.
Sleeve: There is a 6 cm area of more moderate rubbing wear to the front sleeve opening, & a 13 cm area of more moderate rubbing wear at the rear sleeve opening. Otherwise, there is some light fading to the rear sleeve. VG+ condition
Vinyl: The polythene inner sleeve has left some mild to more moderate marks on Side 2 only. These do not affect play at all. Otherwise, there are some light or very light sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. VG+ condition. Side 1 visually is in EX to EX+ condition! The labels are in excellent+ condition & show very light spindle wear only. The company inner sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some light to very mild ringwear, fading & creasing. There are no seam splits.
I have fully play tested this LP. It plays Excellent to Excellent+ overall, & even near perfect in some places. A really great audio copy!
