Description
Classic psychedelic rock single from the heart of 1967 by The Pretty Things, and it's a double monster really teaming up Defecting grey with the coruscating Mr Evasion. Sitar, psych silliness, fuzz guitar, loops, maniac drumming, harmony vocals, this double header has the lot.
The vinyl plays well both sides, Side A has a little more noticeable surface noise on the quiet intro but no audio issues once the song kicks in proper. It grades VG – vinyl has scuffs and hairlines but nothing feelable.
The black and silver Columbia labels are in really decent order – minor fading over the Side A title but otherwise no damage or writing and barely any spindle wear. KT tax code.
Excellent condition original Columbia company sleeve.
A genuine collectable that is getting very hard to find in its UK Columbia pressing. Sensible offers welcome.
