This Is Rare Promo White Label Issue, So Japanese Word "Sample" and Release Date "25 Oct." are Printed on Both Labels.

Disc is Near MINT, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus (No Tear, No Bottom Split, It's A Little Smokey).
