Recorded October 1, 1930 for the Dedication of the Japanese Victor Factory Matrix BVE-64019 (take -2) 10-1/2-inch, one-sided 78rpm shellac test pressing Victor President E. E. Schumaker addresses attendees of Victor's Japanese Factory opening. Speaks of economic growth of Japanese business, record business offerings of various types of music to be available, both Japanese and from other countries.
