Description
Procol’s 2nd album, from 1968, presented here in fairly good condition. This copy has been played a lot and it has also been cleaned rather heavily. Therefore It is not in the best condition, but would do until a better one becomes available.
This is a first pressing and the matrix numbers are XCARX 49-3/XCARX 50-3.
Single front-laminated flipback sleeve – VG+. Some scuffing and light wear. The spine is very clean and sharp, and fully readable. The laminate retains a good shine.
Labels – VG. Very clean but a lot of spindle marks.
Record – Visually Good+. Lots of light hairlines visible in normal light (see photos). The record surface has been dulled by heavy cleaning, particularly on Side 2. The record plays quite well but there is crackle throughout. There is also a small scratch which causes a few clicks towards the end of Side 2, where there is also some distortion.
I grade all records strictly using the 'Record Collector' system.
