Description
Prokofiev: Cinderella Suites and Romeo & Juliet Suites.
Ansermet: L'Orchestre de la Suise Romande
Record label is Decca SXL 2306 and 2307
WBG ED1 Double LP.
I'm fully aware that this is a valuable record and as such requires a deeper description thank usual.
I've graded this as Very good plus on the following basis:
Visually it is very clean and under normal lighting it looks near mint, but under a strong light there are light hairlines and one or two very light scratches.
On playback it is good with light crackle in the quiet pieces and between tracks, however that could be due to my needle which does need replacing, and possibly due to static. It could do with a good ultra sonic clean.
The jacket is in very good condition: no tears or creases but wear to the edges as would be expected with a vintage record.
In summary it isn't near mint but certainly is very good plus.
