30 Day Return Privilege

You may return anything you buy from us within 30 days as long as it is:

- in new condition with original packaging, all instructions and blank warranty cards (if included)

- The only exceptions are installed strings and opened electronic

- media, which may not be returned. Installed strings cannot be reused by other players and are considered

- used, while vendor agreements require us to only accept returns of DVD's, CD's

- and software if they are in an unopened package with original seals.

1 Year Guarantee

Anything that proves defective in materials or workmanship in the first year may be returned for refund or exchange, except strings. Strings are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. Because the total qualities of each instrument are unique, we cannot accept string returns for reasons of tone, including false strings. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not considered defects.
