Description

Unplayed  PROMO 12"  of Coldplay's 3rd EP. Just 5000 copies were pressed for sale but this is an EXTREMELY RARE PROMO VERSION in custom blue sleeve.You won't find another promo copy on Ebay or anywhere else!

Perfect condition but for a very slight barely noticable 2cm crease on the top of the sleeve. (See photo).

Also included is rare early article on the band from The Times October 2000.

Coldplay's last album (X&Y) sold nearly 10 million copies worldwide so this is a great investment for collectors. The non promo original  version goes for £60 on collectors sites but the promo version is never available and worth over £250.

The Blue Room EP was the third EP released by British band Coldplay, and their first release after signing with the Parlophone label in April 1999.

The version of "Don't Panic" featured on this release is a different, more atmospheric version than the one that appears on the band's debut album Parachutes. It also features two songs culled from their Safety EP: "Bigger Stronger" and "Such A Rush". The final track, "High Speed", would also appear on Coldplay's debut album, Parachutes.
