Description
This is a beautiful copy of Marc Bolan’s 1969 classic ‘Unicorn’ and is an essential part of any serious collection of music from the psychedelic era.
Bolan and his fellow musician, Steve Peregrin-Took are at the top of their game.
The record has been wonderfully well looked after and is in outstanding condition. It plays beautifully, (all my records are played on a Project Debut turntable with Rogers speakers), and I would therefore grade it as ‘Mint –‘.
The gatefold sleeve is also wonderfully well preserved, but has a slight crease in the middle of the spine. This can be seen on the photo. I would therefore grade it as ‘excellent’.
You cannot afford to miss out on this opportunity to own a real piece of musical history!
Happy bidding. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries.
My records are graded in accordance with Record Collector's Grading System as follows: MINT(M)The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any other items are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc + or - indicates a grading in between categories
