Description
Welcome to my psych blowout! I’m selling some great rare LPs, including some sought-after tax scam rarities! Sorry about my lousy photography. This item is Sunshine: Make My Day. Ultra-rare dual guitar rock/hard rock album on tax scam label. This is, in my opinion, the best album on the Album World series of tax scams, with tremendous guitar work, terrific songwriting, and a solid rhythm section. It's more like west coast rock than southern rock but it has elements of both. Also, unlike a lot of albums of this era/genre, the vocals are very good. To this day, fewer copies of this album have been discovered than you can count on your fingers. I'm going to miss it! Note: the album cover lists nine songs, but there are only seven. Recently, someone has discovered a copy of the album with all nine songs, but the fact is that you're not missing anything, because the two additional songs, in typical Album World fashion, are by a completely different band and are tepid soul. The actual seven songs do not have a dud among them. This copy has moderate ringwear and seam wear (one tiny split on the bottom middle.) The LP is clean but has a little bit of noise between songs, as befits these tax scam pressings. It's a solid VG++, probably as good as you'll find (There's a few minor dropouts on one song--this is from the master, not the LP.)
Postage is $5.00 media mail for first LP, 50 cents each additional in the US. Overseas postage is $25.00 for first LP, $5.00 each additional. Postage to Canada is $15.00 for first LP, $3.00 each additional.
