This is from my aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
I am not sure how these ratings go for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Very Good Plus -minor corner dings -Record Ring imprint
Sleeve - the sleeve looks to be in great shape, does have edges that are ripped   Vinyl Looks Excellent  - I am not comfortable with giving a record mint or near mint as I am still learning but this record looks to be in fabulous condition.
