Original 1979 Virgin Records Metal Box, with Metal 1 sticker on rear. 

Triple x3 Vinyl, 45RPM

Tin is warn and and has a scratch on the front but is in decent condition compared to others I've come across.

Hardly any scratches on vinyl considering it's age. Minimal surface scratches only. Plays perfectly.
