Description
Released by Pye International in 1966, cat # 7N-25392; this is “Ain’t No Soul (Left In These Ole Shoes)” / “Another Branch From The Old Tree” by Ronnie Milsap.
Both labels are clean but a worn and have a slight ring-mark on each label. Both playing surfaces have some surface marks befitting a well-played record and grades as very good. When played, the A-side plays really well and is closer to excellent. The B-side has some crackle at the start and keeps its visual very good grade. The record comes in a Pye International sleeve.
This is our final list of 2006 - but do not despair, as there is still hundreds of soul 45’s to come in 2007 including the answer to why the Shirley Lawson 45 on Soul City is so rare!
All of these singles come from the same special source – an original 60’s Top Rank DJ who started in the ballrooms and progressed to radio and record production in the 1970’s.
