Description

NEXT - ANOTHER COUPLE OF WEEKS WORTH OF VARIOUS COLLECTABLE VINYL LPs AND 12" EPs!  This is an original 1968 U.S. Tetragrammaton Records WHITE LABEL PROMO (NOT THE RECENT SUNDAZED REISSUE) self-titled LP from psychsters Quatrain.  It is Tetragrammaton Records catalog number T-5002, gatefold cover, and appears to be a RARE ITEM which has not been offered on eBay either at auction or at fixed price sale during the past month as far as I can tell.  This is a WHITE LABEL PROMO copy with a sticker on the front cover and inscriptions on the record labels to that effect; part of the inscription on the front cover sticker is not shown in my accompanying image.  Quatrain are: Don Senneville-lead guitar, vocals / Eric Pease-rhythm guitar, vocals / Jim Lekas-drums, vocals / Buff Lindsay-bass guitar, vocals.  Tracks: Fragments, Unconquered Islands, Flowing Robes, Fields Of Love, Canyon Women, Rollin', Black Lily, Early Morning Company, Ask Me No  Questions, Try To Live Again, Masquerade, The Tree.  Condition of record is a real nice high VG++/NM- with a very few very light visible surface and sleeve marks which only show up under strong light, cannot be felt, and do not affect play.  Condition of gatefold cover is a mid VG+ with the only flaws being some contact wear as can be seen in the accompanying image, and some wear along the edges and on the corners.  This LP would be a choice addition to any 1960s psychedelic record collection!
