Description
For sale is a vinyl LP by Los Angeles garage band, Quatrain. This LP is the only album released by the group that consisted of Don Senneville (lead guitarist), Steve Lindsay (bass guitar), Rick Pease (rhythm guitar) and Jim Lekas (drums). The band was well-known and popular in the L.A area playing all the small clubs from The Middle Earth in the San Fernando Valley to the Topanga Corral in Topanga Canyon, the Whiskey A-Go-Go and other clubs in the Hollywood/West Hollywood area. The group had played under other names (The Berries, The Human Jungle, The Plastic Zoo, & The Fourth Shadow to name some) but their only album was under the Quatrain name. Scare and hard to find as Tetragrammaton Records limited the production to only a few thousand albums.
This original pressing was in 1968 and the tracks are:
Fragments
Unconquered Islands
Flowing Robes
Fields of Love
Canyon Woman
Rollin
Black Lily
Early Morning Company
Ask Me No Questions
Try To Live Again
Masquerade
The Tree
This album is in near mint condition and has probably been played only once or twice.
Securely wrapped and sent by media mail. If you have any questions, please ask. Thank you.
