Greatest Hits III (Limited Edition No 055)

Lowest number ever seen!  I have never seen one below 1000 let alone one that is numbered 55!!

This very rare and now highly collectible Greatest Hits III was released in 1999 as a double vinyl LP.  This particular edition has never been played prior to my play grading.

As this is the limited edition it includes the pvc sleeve and has the Queen name and crest embossed on the front with Brian, Roger and John included also.

Visual grading

They are both absolutely pristine and visually stunning.  They have that lovely glossy sheen of new vinyl which isn't surprising when you consider they haven't been played.  There is obviously no spindle wear and no hairlines or scratches whatsoever.  Quite simply they look as new.  The only negative, if you can call it that, is that both records have a very small warp, more of a 'lifting' really but I'm sure this could be rectified.

Play grading

I played a number of tracks from both vinyls and I can confirm they play with stunning quality.  They play as new which is incredibly rare to find today.  The audio across both sides has a depth and clarity that is second to none and there is no interference.  This rare LP has been superbly well looked after over the last 18 years.

Cover

The limited edition cover is in Mint- condition, such a rarity for this LP.  There are a couple of very minor, barely noticeable creases around the edges and an almost imperceptible, tiny amount of wear on the top corner.  Overall this is a superb cover and is probably the best I have ever seen.  As can be seen the limited edition number 00055 is printed on the reverse side.  Just to repeat I have never every seen one with a number as low as this!!

PVC plastic sleeve

This is in perfect condition.  So often they have splits but not this one!  Never seen better.

Picture sleeves

They are both in immaculate condition with no wear at all.  You won't find better.

Labels

The labels are in perfect condition.
