Description
I combine shipping on multiple wins. All vinyl in this batch of Queen auctions was professionally deep-cleaned on my VPI using Disc Doctor's Miracle Record Cleaner solution and double rinsed with Distilled Water. Grading is performed under a bright LED light source. Expert packing. See my other auctions for more Queen LP's.
Early U.S. pressing on Elektra. "SP" printed on labels, indicating a Specialty Records Corp pressing. "Sterling" stamped into deadwax on both sides. LP housed in a clean poly-lined inner sleeve. Includes clean original printed inner sleeve. No barcode.
ARTIST ~ Queen TITLE ~ Greatest Hits LABEL (Catalog No.) ~ 1981 Elektra Records (5E-564) VINYL CONDITION ~ VG (Clean and glossy. One mark that extends across the entirety of Side 1, and which may or may not be a clumsy scrape across the spindle - at least that's what it looks to be. The result is infrequent but occasional light surface noise along with 2 moderate clicks during the first verse of "Bohemian Rhapsody," 8 pops/clicks during "Queen Killer" and 7 moderate clicks in "Under Pressure" and about 7 more at the very end of the song. The entirety of Side Two plays NM and without surface noise of any kind. The vast majority of this LP plays perfectly NM, but the few flaws on Side 1 merit the downgrade to VG.) SLEEVE CONDITION ~ VG+ (Fully readable spine. No splits, no creases, no stains, no handwriting, no funky odors. Some light edgewear on bottom seam and some light-to-moderate rubwear and ringwear.)
I grade conservatively using the Goldmine Grading Guide. Scale is as follows: NM ... VG+ ... VG ... VG- ... Good ... Poor. Sometimes I will use VG++ to describe a record or sleeve that has a couple minor superficial marks yet is closer to NM than VG+. I do not use mint as a condition grade.
Pro packing all the way. Vinyl ships outside of the album cover, but remains inside the inner sleeve.
I combine shipping. Add $1 to shipping total for each additional LP won. LP ships within 24 hours of PayPal payment, using proper LP shippers. Priority shipping is available upon request and is the best method for ensuring packages arrive safely, as Priority Mail endures much less handling and does not experience the sometimes destructive sort machines that all Media Mail passes thru.
