Queen : Made In Heaven A2 / B2 1st Press Cream Vinyl Limited Edition 1995 (Complete)

This first pressing plays with stunning quality and only minimal background.  There is the usual static on the first track intro and a touch of light static on a couple more intros which is non-intrusive anyway.  Please see below for a full audio grading.  The clarity and depth of the audio is so impressive and there are no clicks or pops getting in the way.  This is clearly a record that has not been played much and that is reflected in the sonic quality.

The glossy gatefold is stunning!  It has been preserved so well and is almost 'as new'.  The lyric inner (with no 'Heaven For Everyone' lyrics as per the first pressings) is immaculate and the three posters are in superb shape with just some foxing on the reverse side of one of them.  The small leaflet has a couple of top edge creases only.  A superb album in every way!

Visual description

The vinyl is in lovely condition and has no marks or scratches.  Due to its colour it is difficult to see hairlines but I can just about make out a small number of faint ones that obviously have no affect on the audio.  The labels are super clean with only a couple of minor faint spindle traces.

Play grading

As per always 'It's a Beautiful Day' has a little static / crackle on the intro, find me a copy that doesn't!  It soon dies down and Freddie's opening vocal is near perfect with only a handful of very quiet statics.  The rest of the track plays with great clarity and with no intrusion on the audio including the instrumental end section.  I will grade the intro as Ex and Near Mint for the remainder.

'Made In Heaven' plays with stunning quality through every vocal and instrumental section, it just could not play any better.  The clarity, depth and power of the audio is exceptional with no ticks, clicks, pops or static.  Even the fade out has no background.  A Mint version in every way.
The intro on 'Let Me Live' has a couple of very light ticks and then the first vocal plays perfectly.  It continues in the same manner with a sonic quality that is second to none.  Outstanding clarity and depth again.  There is no distortion on the top end and of the intro is Ex (for two seconds!) then the rest is easily Mint
The intro on the classic 'Mother Love' plays with sublime clarity and this high end level is kept up as it progresses.  This is a track that often has some interference I find but this truly is a STUNNING version.  Put simply there is no background and it plays as clearly as it would have done when first released.  It has a number of relatively quiet sections and yet they all play with stunning clarity.  The classic end section has no intrusion either and that includes the baby cry!  Mint
'My Life Has Been Saved' ends the side with genuine quality once more.  No background just pure Mint audio from start to finish.  A rarity in a way because it often plays with some distortion.

'I Was Born To Love You' has only the bare minimum of light static right at the start and then plays with superb audio from that point on.  There is no interference, not even a solitary dust tick - the intro is Ex and Mint for the remainder.
The quiet intro and opening vocal on 'Heaven For Everyone' play beautifully with no intrusion and the first verse is just as impressive.  The chorus is perfect and it continues to play so clearly with barely any background.  I did notice one very brief static 'moment' for half a second at most and a static tick but there is certainly nothing intrusive.  The high octane vocal section could not be any stronger and the quiet end section has only minimal intermittent light static.  I think Near Mint- is a fair assessment of the audio.
'Too Much Love Will Kill You' plays with STUNNING clarity throughout.  A classic of course and it could hardly play any better.  There is just a millisecond of light static before Brian's mid solo, nothing else.  Freddie's voice is as strong as ever and overall Mint- is more than deserved.
'You Don't Fool Me' plays with real depth and warmth and there is nothing to detract from the audio.  Little more needs to be said aside from the fact that the clarity of sound is 10/10.  Mint
'A Winter's Tale' also plays with incredible audio with literally no background.  Each note is so clean and precise and it is Mint in every single way.  Not one dust tick not even on the fade out.  Bliss!
The reprise of 'It's A Beautiful Day' plays with great clarity from the get go.  The intro has only 3/4 barely audible statics and Freddie's opening has no intrusion.  As the volume increases the playback is flawless and it continues to play with exceptional depth and resonance and with no interference or distortion.  The track of course finishes on a Freddie's 'Yeah' and the final 'note' for once has no background.  This is Mint- at the very least.
The Gatefold, Lyric Inner & Posters
The cover is in fantastic condition and is easily one of the finest examples I have ever seen.  Difficult to find any wear!  The top edge just has one very faint 'rub' in the centre, that's about it really!  Perhaps one small corner rub at the bottom of the spine.  The other edges and corners are pristine and the opening edges have no handling wear either.  The front and back cover are so clean without any marking and the inside of the gatefold is immaculate.  This is so close to perfect and they are rarely found as impressive as this today.
The lyric inner is perfect and the three posters are close to that also.  Only the Roger one has some foxing on the reverse side.  The small leaflet just has a couple of creases on the top edge.

I will only send items items worldwide via tracked shipping.  This provides 'peace of mind' in case of loss or damage.  The shipping costs are shown below and combined shipping is always offered.  Any over-payment will always be refunded.

The Royal Mail only insure up to a value of £250 so if an item sells for more it may be wise to use a courier service (e.g. Parcelforce or DPD).  An extra insurance premium will be required but I will not know the exact amount until the final sale price is known.  Because of this I will sometimes have to estimate the cost and this will be shown in the listing.  Please wait for the invoice before making payment and if you have any questions please feel free to ask.  Many thanks.

All vinyls are packaged in strong over-sized custom made mailers with plenty of extra cardboard protection.  They are placed inside separate poly-lined inners outside the cover so as to avoid seam splits in transit and then placed inside a PVC sleeve to provide even more protection.  I pride myself on my high quality packaging as my feed confirms and if any customer has any specific requirements I am more than happy to help.

The mailers I use cost £1.00 each and I will use anything between 3-5 cardboard stiffeners which cost approx £0.18 each.  There is also the cost of the poly-lined inner and PVC sleeve to consider, it all adds up!  Not forgetting that eBay take 10% of the shipping fee also!!
