Description
One Year Of Love (EMI Pathe Marconi FRANCE) 12" Single
This now very rare and highly collectable 12" single was released in France in 1986 on the famous EMI Pathe Marconi label. The vinyl plays to an excellent standard and there is no spindle wear. A great opportunity to own a mega rare 12" single!

Visual grading
S1 has 2/3 very small marks and a handful of faint hairlines but at 31 years it is still visually in great condition. S2 is even better and has only one faint band of hairlines and one tiny mark. There is no spindle wear on either side so I would say it has only been played played a couple of times at most. It has been extremely well looked after down the years and I do not think I have seen better.
Play grading
The classic 'One Year Of Love' plays with excellent quality and there are no clicks or pops. There is light intermittent static and the final third has a little more static I would say. In saying that it still plays very clearly and is very much in the background and is not to the detriment of the sound quality. S2 begins with light static and 'Gimme The Prize' then has no other 'background' and no distortion. It plays so loudly and with great definition. 'Seven Seas Of Rhye' also impresses with wonderful quality.
Cover and Inner sleeve
The cover is in superb condition with no rubbing on the edges or spine and even the corners remain in great shape. There are only a couple of minor creases if I have to mention a negative but in all honesty at first glance it looks Mint and belies its 31 years.
It also contains the original sleeve (complete with written French) and has no splits or tears, just some light creasing.
