I am a High end collector I have been told my ratings are very conservative. A Collectable LP like this is always returnable if unhappy.  I only ask that you pay return shipping.   
Make Note the OBI is jsut a Printer Copy that came with the LP.  Both Cover and LP are Very nice copies.

Ask All questions ahead of time.

I try to do my best to grade each item fairly.  However we all sometimes overlook something  or have different views.   That is not a problem.  I always do my best to make a fair deal.
