This record is a VERY RARE find, and the ultimate collectible for any QR / Randy Rhoads fan.  Gate-fold Open Sleeve with no upper or lower spine, this is the way it came (you can tell there was never any glue that seperated).

Vinyl in EXCELLENT condition (I only played it once) ... very minor wear to the sleeve..... small creases in the lower corners (look at pictures) - a NICE item!
