Description
The Life and Times of Country Joe & The Fish from Haight-Ashbury to Woodstock

- Pretty clean box, the spine is nice bright yellow -- no soiling, no handwriting, no stickers, no splits, breaks, or dents
- Box and reel labels have no bubbling and are smooth and flat
- Box lid and bottom are attached and secure
- All tapes I sell are packaged in a real box for shipment (no jiffy bags, no envelopes, no folded cardboard)
- Tape end attached to reel using genuine hold-down tape
- Tape is not in fast-wound condition and was played all the way thru on one of my Tascam machines (34B)
- Note 1: Although it doesn't say on the box, the reel label indicates dolby encoding. Upon playing the tape I noticed there are no dolby level tones, so whether it is really dolby or not is unknown.
- Note 2: This tape appears to be made by the same company that made some of the last Reel Society tapes
- Note 3: Compared to the Ampex version I used to have, this sounds more clear in the high frequencies
- The best song on here is the last one: Live from Woodstock, it goes like this -- Give Me An F (from the front channels), Audience yells back F (from the rear), Give Me a U, Audience yells back U, Give Me a C, Audience yells back C, Give Me a (well, you know the rest, OK)
