Produced for Hi-Fi news and Record Review magazine England 

This is a set of Quadrafile quadraphonic vinyl LPs produced in 1975.  Each of the 4 sides has the same material, but each is in 1 of 4 quadraphonic disc systems that was available at the time (SQ, QS, CD-4, UD-4).  This is meant to allow comparison of the different systems.  The inside of the sleeve and the included paper insert explains the 4 systems and the production of this album.  This album is number 75 of a limited edition of 5000 that were produced.

Vinyl  - 

Record 1 - 

CD4 / QS - Very good /  Excellent condition - Light marks on both sides. Also, some pressing marks.

Record 2 - 

SQ / UD-4 - - Excellent condition - A few light marks, and some pressing marks from the manufacture. 

Sleeve  - Very good PLUS condition - Minor wear, including edge wear, stickers on the front top right and one on the back bottom left. Minor discoloring inside the gatefold on the edges. Slight wear on the front and back main sleeve.

Vinyl Record Grading - Taken from the Rare Record Price Guide book.

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Near Mint (NM) The record looks brand new with no scuffing or any deterioration in sound quality and only the smallest hint that its ever been played. The cover and any additional extras are clean, crisp and with no wear whatsoever.

Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc. 

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.

The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
