Description
Not only is this a first pressing, Blair etched copy (Blair is etched into the playout of side 2)but it also has the advantage of being an excellent, well looked after copy. The record plays beautifully throughout and even in the quieter passages of tracks like 'Love Of My Life' there is no loud crackles, just a hint of noise very occasionally. I am surprised at how crisp and clear it plays, possibly due to being an early first pressing. I am a massive Queen fan and if I didn't still have an original copy, I would keep this in my own collection. It is a phenomenal album when considering the limited technology available in 1975. The gatefold sleeve is in very good condition, as always with 50 year old white sleeve, it has discoloured. However, the gatefold sleeve is solid, has a readable spine and has no split seams. It has a few scuffs and superficial marks and a slight water stain on the back sleeve. All in all a superb copy of a milestone album.
TermsAll used records are cleaned on a professional Moth record cleaning machine and the sleeves and inners have also been cleaned, by hand. I also play test them on my Project record deck. All records are visually graded and described as accurately as possible.
Used records are taken out of their outer sleeve for mailing, to prevent damage to the sleeve. I am aware that there is divided opinion on this so if you prefer the record to be mailed in it's sleeve, please let me know when paying.
Records are sent freepost, second class by Royal Mail, unless I specify a different method in the listing. I dispatch all records in professional 12" record mailers.
I do this for a hobby and take pride in the service I provide. If you have an issue with a record please notify me before leaving feedback. I am always happy to resolve matters. If there is a fault which is not mentioned in the listing, I will pay for return postage. Records must be returned in the same condition they were sold.
