Description

Queen / Freddie Mercury / Larry Lurex / Joe Perfect One of the famous 1980's bootleg of the Larry Lurex single. Known as the Joe Perfect demo 45
Tracks: A. I Can Hear Music B. Going Back (sic)
"These songs were recorded during Summer '73 by Freddie,Roger and Brian to kill time when they were waiting for any available studio to work on their debut album. A Trident producer Robin Cable was working on this Beachboys song and thought Freddie's voice was perfect for it. Goin' Back was an old Goffin & King song."
Why 'famous'? At the time, it was claimed that a stack of these white label demos was found in an old house hidden under the floor - the news made the national press and the evening news!
Whatever you may think of bootlegs, this is still part of Freddie's history - and they don't emerge very often...
Vinyl and sleeve are in mint (unused) condition
